With beginnings in Oklahoma City, the thrust of practice was locating missing heirs or mineral owners for oil exploration companies. Moving to Dallas, Texas in 1981, the company entered the arena of fraud and asset relocation. Gaining an impressive reputation, the company located and returned millions of dollars worth of fraudulently purchased collateral to the proper lending institution. The practice took on many and varied investigative aspects, including surveillance, medical malpractice, expert witness testimony, and litigation support.
